The Foundation donated to the refurbishment of facilities to the Mahamodara Teaching Hospital and the Rohana School, both of which were severely damaged by the Tsunami in 2005. At Rohana School, the Foundation donated to the renovation of school faciltiies including the assembly hall, the science room and games room. It is very comforting to know that the hospital is now handling over 11,000 deliveries a year and generations of students enjoying better learning facilities.

Apart from these two projects, the Foundation also sponsored a library project at the Amunagoda School.
