Y.L. Yang Foundation was established in 2003 and launched its charitable programs first in the rural areas of the Xinjiang Autonomous Region, China. Since then, the Foundation’s programs have expanded to Guangdong, Guanxi of China, Sri Lanka and Vietnam.

 

杨元龙基金于2003年成立，并在中国新疆维吾尔自治区偏远地区启动公益项目。随后，公益项目在广东省、广西、斯里兰卡和越南相继启动。
